About

“We’re just like you, only real estate agents.”

OK, so we probably have several differences, but after our first meeting with a new client we are able to find many things in common, except that we happen to work in real estate and you need help figuring it out. And that’s a good thing! Our above statement reflects our desire to be approachable, honest, and professional.

Chester Kozikowski and Eric Madsen

Yep, that’s us

We have the same concerns as you and are committed to making your real estate transaction a pleasant one. We also have gone through the process ourselves, anxiety and all, as a result we decided to use our experiences to help guide our clients through the confusing real estate process to happily ever after (in a new home of course!).

We strive to work with clients that we know we can provide outstanding service to. We handle many deals that require special attention, whether that be catering to our very near and dear being a gay couple, the GLBT community, relocation along with the many stresses, our beloved first time home buyers, or helping you get a new start after a separation. We do this because we love it, and that shows in every one of our transactions.

Our broker, Margie Vogt, is superb and is also the owner of Vogt Realty Group in West Roxbury. She’s been in the industry for many years, and values honesty, professionalism, and small businesses – just like we do. We hope to work with you soon, please feel free to call or text us at 617.564.3555 anytime or drop us an email!

The Team

Eric Madsen: As a professional interior designer Eric obtained a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design from Newbury College, where he graduated with high honors. He also completed the rigorous NCIDQ certification process, an internationally recognized industry credential. Eric’s work in the interior design industry spans residential and commercial projects, including some fabulous eateries downtown, medi-spas in the suburbs, and gorgeous homes on North Shore. He spends his non-real estate time as the Studio Manager at the luxurious Carter Dayton Home, Wellsely, MA.

For our real estate clients Eric offers a keen eye for improvement, design and staging tips, and an in-depth appreciation of home styles and general architecture. Fortunately for you, after years of apprenticing with Eric a bit has rubbed off on Chester as well. You’ll find a lot of design and staging related posts from Eric around the blog.

Chester Kozikowski: Chester became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in 2005, one year after moving to Boston upon completing his undergraduate program in Connecticut. He completed a Bachelor of Arts in History, studied at the Culinary Institute of America, and holds a Masters in Library and Information Science.

Coming from a family that bought-and-sold real estate, renovated destroyed properties, and invested in rental property – real estate became a natural interest and passion. He spent time working with one of West Roxbury’s premier agents, Diane Capodilupo as her Assistant and right-hand man. While there he was able to learn from a master in the real estate industry. His sense of community was developed while working for the Secretary of the Commonwealth (William Galvin) where he was able to work with all of the local town clerks and find out about many interesting parts of Massachusetts.

When not busy with real estate you’ll find Chester walking the Arnold Arboretum or Millenium Park with his furry friend Calvin, participating in local activities, checking out items at the Roslindale branch of the Boston Public Library, or at Boston College Law Library where he daylights as an Educational Technology Specialist.

Once again, please feel free to call or text us at 617.564.3555 anytime or drop us an email!
