Eric Madsen is a unique find in the Boston Real Estate world. He is a professional Interior Designer (NCIDQ Certificate No. 27518), member of the National Association of Real Estate agents, aka REALTOR, and licensed Real Estate Salesperson. He earned high honors from Newbury College in 2008 with a B.S. in Interior Design. He is able to offer a plethora of services to his clients by drawing heavily on his training and experience in Interior Design. He’s worked on some of Boston’s trendiest restaurants and with some of our most affluent residents as a Project Manager for Mark Bombara, Inc. He loves to volunteer when times allows and tries to always think local first for everything. One of his passions is holiday lighting and headed up the holiday lighting committee for Roslindale Village Main Streets.

When not out on client appointments for C&E Real Estate and Design you’ll find Eric managing Michaelian and Kohlberg in the Boston Design Center. He’s also a big fan of Boston, enjoys discovering new things about the city and supporting local businesses and organizations.
